Pine River Area Schools will be providing FREE sports physicals on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 during school hours in the middle school gym/locker rooms. These are for students entering grades 6-12 for the 2022-2023 school year. The parent portion of the physical form (specifically the Medical History Emergency, Insurance, Demographic, and Signature portions)must be completed ahead of time.
